Development of Standard Atlas for Penetrate Testing of the Micro-porosity in Casting

  • 摘要: 论述了制订精铸件显微疏松类缺陷的荧光渗透检验标准图谱研制的工作思路、工艺流程。研制出的图谱经反复修订后进入了生产现场,通过试验验证后认为其满足了某些高温合金显微疏松荧光缺陷检验标准的要求。该标准图谱与国外荧光检验标准图谱对比,效果相当,满足了国内铸件显微疏松荧光标准图谱的实际需要。
    Abstract: This paper discussed the development process of standard atlas for penetrate testing of the micro-porosity in casting. It was proved that the revised standard atlas could meet the standard test requirements of some high temperature alloy micro-porosity fluorescence in production site. Compared with foreign standard atlas for penetrate testing, the developed standard atlas has the equivalent effect and it meets completely the domestic needs of standard atlas for penetrate testing of the micro-porosity in casting.
