    温度影响下水泥塞超声波测强技术的标定

    Calibration Technology on the Strength Measurement of the Cement Based on Ultrasonic Under Temperature Influence

    • 摘要: 在某些特殊地下工程中, 水泥塞无临空面, 用于测强的超声换能器在水泥塞浇注过程中直接埋入。在测试早期强度时, 水泥塞内部温度一般在40~90 ℃, 与通常的实验室标定环境相差很大。温度会影响声速, 进而影响强度测试精度。为此, 采用模拟大体积水泥塞内部温度的方法进行标定。结果表明, 标定后的测试精度大大提高。

       

      Abstract: In the special underground project, there are no free surfaces on the cement. The ultrasonic transducers which are used for strength measurement are filled in the cement directly. The early strength is tested at the internal temperature of 40-90 ℃ which is different from the calibration temperature in the lab.The ultrasonic velocity will be influenced by the temperature inside cement, then the strength of cement will be so. In order to solve this problem, the method of simulating temperature environment inside cement is adopted. The result indicates that the precision of testing has been improved by this method.
