Calculation of Distance-Amplitude Curve for Axial Oblique Incidence Ultrasonic Testing of Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在提出假设并推导了用于管道轴向斜入射超声检测的规则反射体距离-波幅曲线计算公式的基础上, 计算并绘制出了管道轴向斜入射超声检测中长横孔、平底孔、短横孔、球孔和大平底的距离-波幅曲线, 并在长横孔试块上进行了初步试验验证。结果表明, 计算值与实测结果一致, 讨论了它的应用价值。
    Abstract: According to a supposition brought forward by present author, the new formulas were developed, the distance-amplitude curves of long transversally drilled hole, short drilled hole, plane bottom hole, large plane bottom, sphere hole had been calculated and painted out for pipeline ultrasonic testing in axial oblique incidence case. Preliminary experimental verification on the block having long transversally drilled hole showed that theory and test results were consistent. Its application value was discussed.
