磁记忆检测在无缝钢轨内应力测试中的可行性研究

摘要: 使用TSC-1M-4型应力集中磁指示仪测量在不同载荷下钢轨表面磁场强度的变化,得出钢轨的磁场强度随载荷的增加而逐渐增大,且在弹性范围内,磁场强度和载荷为近似线性关系。提出金属磁记忆法可以对钢轨内应力进行定量测量。Abstract: The facial magnetic strength of railway was tested using magnetic indictor TSC-1M-4 at different loads. Experimental data showed the magnetic strength increased with load and its relation with load was linear within elastic deformation. Therefore metal magnetic memory testing(MMT) equipments could be used in measuring internal stress of seamless railway.
