一种特殊构件粘接缺陷的超声波检测

摘要: 针对一般的超声波检测不易对特殊结构的试件(如上表面是圆弧结构, 下表面是斜面结构的试件)的粘接状况进行检测的缺点, 设计了一套用于特殊结构试件粘接缺陷检测的试验装置。根据被测件特点, 通过改变超声波入射的角度, 使其斜入射到被测件表面, 并对获得的信号进行处理。结果表明, 采用超声波斜入射的方法得到的检测精度和分辨率均高于传统垂直入射方法, 对此种特殊结构试件进行脱粘检测, 既实用又有效。Abstract: Because the adhesion state of special specimens (top surface is circularity and the bottom is bevel) can not be tested by ordinary ultrasonic measurement, a set of experiment equipment is designed in this paper for special specimens. According to the characteristic of specimens, the ultrasonic was incident the surface of specimens slantways by changing the angle of incidence. The experiment and the processing result indicated that the result gained by slantwise incidence was more precise than by traditional vertical incidence. Many experiment results proved that the measurement for adhesion state of special specimens was practical and valid.
