摘要: 镍铜合金棒材中心部位存在的缩孔、夹渣类缺陷是棒材断裂的主要因素,提出的超声波探伤方法最大限度减少了横波探伤的盲区,提高了缺陷检出率。Abstract: Flaws such as shrinkage cavity and slag inclusion in the center of nickel and copper alloy bars are the major factor causing the fracture. The proposed ultrasonic testing method minimizes dead zone of transverse wave detection and raises detection rate of defects.
