Sensor Array Position in Acoustic Emission Monitoring of Mining

  • 摘要: 在声发射监测过程中, 传感器的空间布置是影响声源定位不准的关键之一。根据矿区监测特点, 从传感器空间布置进行讨论, 即开采的区域是动态的, 也就要求被监测的区域是动态的变化的, 为了在不改变原有传感器阵列基础上, 通过增加少量传感器的方法, 提高定位的精度, 提出了动静结合的传感器布置策略, 同时为弥补以往传感器布置不容易监测较小声源信号的特点, 通过与无线传感网络相结合, 形成传感器阵列的方法, 提高监测的精度, 到达预测的效果。
    Abstract: In acoustic emission(AE) monitoring, the inaccuracy of the source location has been allowed to affect its application, and spatial arrangement of sensors is one of the keys to affect the sound source positioning. This article discussed the effect of sensor space arrangements on the accuracy of source position. Due to the differences of mining exploitation area with other applications, that is, the exploitation region was dynamic, and the region under monitoring was required to be changed at the same time. In order not to change the original array based on a small number of sensors by increasing the ways to improve the accuracy of positioning, a dynamic combination of sensor layout strategies was put forward. To make up for the sensor layout being unable to monitor rather weak signal, a wireless sensor networks with a combination of methods were adopted to improve the monitoring accuracy.
