AE Analysis of Bop Shell Material During Fatigue Test

摘要: 根据新防喷器声发射检测遇到的数据难分析、难评定等问题,针对防喷器壳体材料进行多种疲劳试验,在试验过程中全程采集声发射信号数据。通过对比不同的试验数据,分析出防喷器壳体材料中缺陷扩展和典型干扰的信号特征,以及材料在疲劳过程中声发射信号特征的变化趋势。并且把这些分析结果应用到新防喷器的检测中,检测证明整个分析非常正确。Abstract: The AE testing data of new BOP is difficult to analyze and evaluate. A variety of fatigue test about the BOP shell material was conducted and AE data during the entire test were collected. Through the comparison of different test data, the characteristics of defect extension signal in the material and the characteristics of the typical interference signals were obtained, respectively. Also, the acoustic emission signal trends in the fatigue process of materials were obtained as well. The analysis results were successfully applied to detect new blowout preventer.
