Abstract: Because regulated tube of some airplane was subjected with force in flying,repair documents fixed magnetic particle testing in major repair behind the resolve. Owing to the limitation of space, dismounting and installation were inconvenient, and the over and again dismounts will produce damages. After researches, magnetic particle testing in airplane was taken on in-situ. Counts of reference number and design the article were introduced.
