Key Technologies Analysis of a Handheld Smart Eddy Current Flaw Detector

摘要: 为了解决航空维修中原位涡流探伤的难题,研制了一款掌上型智能涡流探伤仪。对该款探伤仪在设计和研制过程中所采用的的关键技术从人体工学设计、模块化设计以及抗干扰设计三方面进行了深入介绍。对于深入开展原位涡流探伤工作具有一定的理论指导和实践参考价值。Abstract: In order to solve the in-situ eddy current inspection of aircraft maintenance problems, the author developed a handheld smart eddy current flaw detector. In this paper, in depth descriptions were given to the key technologies in the design and development of the flaw detector, including the ergonomic, modular design and anti-jamming design. Present work might have some theoretical and practical reference guide for the work of in-situ eddy current inspection.
