    基于ACFM的自升式海洋平台局部损伤检测

    Local Damage Detection for Jackup Offshore Platform Based on ACFM Method

    • 摘要: 介绍了交流电磁场(ACFM)技术的检测原理,利用实验室加工的不同梯度裂纹尺寸的试板,对比分析了ACFM方法与磁粉检测(MT)方法的裂纹检出概率。根据海洋平台的结构特点及所处环境的特殊性,开发出基于ACFM技术的局部损伤检测过程实时音视频与检测结果远程同步显示的软、硬件系统;同时,借助于Bayes理论,得到基于无先验信息的点估计和置信下限,从而可以近乎准确地进行裂纹存在的概率评价;将该系统应用于某自升式海洋平台上,取得良好的现场检测效果,具有较好的实际工程应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The detection principle of alternating current field measurement (ACFM) technique is described. The probabilities of detection of ACFM and MT methods are analyzed and compared, according to many specimens with different crack dimensions machined in the lab. Considering the structural characteristics and the special working environment of offshore platform, the software and hardware system which can display the realtime audio and video and the ACFM inspection results synchronously during testing is proposed. In the meanwhile, the point estimate value and confidence lower bound not based on prior information by virtue of the Bayes theorem are obtained respectively, which can almost accurately evaluate the crack existing probability. The application of the presented technique and approach by a jackup platform proves that the outcome is good, having the value of practical application.
