    “移动式γ孔”简易机械手的设计制作及应用

    The Design and Application of the “Mobile Gamma Hole” Simple Mechanical

    • 摘要: 应用“移动式γ孔”简易机械手,可使检验人员不进入炉膛内部就能轻松地操作X射线设备,对顶棚下方800 mm处的屏式过热器间隔管横焊口进行拍片。该方法通过暗袋导架配合“移动式γ孔”、夹具、磁夹等把胶片固定在距顶棚管下方800 mm处屏式过热器间隔管焊口的焊缝区域;通过事先计算好的理论数据,利用特制的γ源弯管中心准直器,配合“移动式γ孔”、夹具、磁夹等对γ射线曝光头进行精确定位;接着按常规的方法操作处理,就能得到符合标准要求的底片。新方法与传统方法相比在安全性、经济性和环保性方面具有创新点。

       

      Abstract: Inspection staffs that do not enter the furnace interior can easily operate the equipment to radiograph the cross weld of the screen platen spacing tube at 800 mm below the ceiling with the simple mechanical hand “mobile gamma hole”. The inspection is realized as follows: the film is fixed on the pitch roof tube 800 mm below the ceiling over spaced pipe welding seam area through the tube frame with “mobile gamma hole”, clamp, and magnetic clip;the positioning is based on beforehand calculation. Through theoretical data, special gamma source bending center collimator with “mobile gamma hole”, clamp, and magnetic clip on gamma ray exposure head were used for precise positioning. Then according to the conventional method of operation processing, the films meeting the standard were obtained. As compared with the traditional method this new method is characteristic of safety, economy and environmental protection.
