    桥门式起重机轨道检测技术研究

    Study on the Inspection Technology of Bridge and Trestle Cranes Rail

    • 摘要: 提出一种桥门式起重机轨道检测的方法,开发了相应的轨道检测系统。该系统主要由全站仪和轨道机器人两部分组成,轨道机器人沿着被测轨道行进时,全站仪实时追踪机器人的位置。根据采集的数据,重构出轨道顶面中心线的空间形状,对其变形程度进行检测,以便及时维修或者更换。检测系统的测量精度可达±2 mm。

       

      Abstract: An inspection method for the rail of bridge and trestle cranes was proposed. The inspection system included a total station instrument and a railway robot. The instrument could trace the position of the robot when the robot moved along the rail under test. Based on the measurement data, the central line of railway was reconstructed. So, the status of the rail could be evaluated. The measurement accuracy of the inspection system was ±2 mm.
