Abstract: How to discover the dangerous slight crack in early stage in labor pillar insulator and porcelain cover, is a problem of the overhaul in step-up station and substation. The cause of the formation of slight crack was analyzed. The technique of flaw detection was put forward on the base of experiment study and practice.
