    不同参量对缺陷交变漏磁场影响的仿真及验证

    Simulation and Verification of the Influence of Various Parameters on the Defect Alternating Current Magnetic Field Leakage

    • 摘要: 介绍了漏磁检测原理,以有限元数值仿真为手段,建立了三维有限元仿真模型,对影响钢板缺陷漏磁场分布的缺陷深度、宽度及提离高度等参数变化进行了仿真,并给出了它们的关系曲线,为缺陷漏磁判别提供了有力依据。最后给出了实验验证。结果表明,仿真研究与实际结果有较好的一致性。

       

      Abstract: The basis of the theory of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) was introduced. The 3D finite element model was established and the influences of the changes of defect depth, width and lift-off on the defect alternating current magnetic field leakage were studied by way of finite element numerical simulation, and the relation curves were given. The analysis results provided a basis for the testing of the alternating current magnetic field leakeage testing. Finally, the experimental results were presented, and the results from experiment and finite element analysis were in agreement very well by comparison.
