Abstract:
A example was given and the application of infrared thermal-imaging diagnostic technique to steam line heat insulation evaluation and furnace lining energy saving detection were introduced, and the result compared with other energy saving detection methods including hot flow meter and infrared nod temperature instrument, showed that as an advanced nondestructive examination analysis measure, infrared thermal-imaging diagnostic technique had the incomparable superiority, and played an important role in the test and evaluation of the petrochemical equipment lining heat insulation effect.
