摘要: 针对600~1 000 MW发电厂超超临界火电机组采用的进口引进型镍基高温合金及马氏体不锈钢螺栓,按钢种及直径分类设计制作了专用试块,探头及螺栓模拟裂纹试块,并在此基础上建立了超声波探伤工艺方法。Abstract: The article aims to study the nickel based high-temperature alloy and martensitic stainless steel bolts of type 600~1 000 MW power plant ultra-supercritical sets. By developing the special test block, the probe and the test block with simulated bolt flaws based on the classification of diameter and steel type, a new ultrasonic testing process method was formed.
