Abstract: A new type X-ray imaging device is developed by use of scanning CCD technology. Based on characteristics of the X-ray imager and aiming at features and actual application of the aeronautic ceramic matrix composite, X-ray digital imaging detection system for aeronautic ceramic matrix composite is developed through using the computer software technology and the system integration technology. This system can realize dynamic real-time detection of workpieces. Comprehensive testing results show that the system software can operate correctly, the image quality satisfies with the requirements of GB 3323 and JB 4708, and it can achieve the substitution of similar import products.
