The Reconstruction Method of Multi-Sensor Rolling Bearing Fault Signal Based on the Principle of Relevance

摘要: 为了弥补单传感器采集信号不全的缺陷, 采用多传感器阵列非接触采集滚动轴承故障的周期信号, 剔除多余信息, 利用相关性算法将不完整的信号片段重新构成一个完整的滚动轴承故障周期性声信号。给出了一个多传感器波形数据重构的计算实例, 验证了该方法的有效性。Abstract: In order to make up for the shortcomings of incomplete signal acquired by the single sensor, utilizing multi-sensor array to acquire periodic failure signal of rolling bearing, removing redundant information, and reconstructing the incomplete fragment to a complete periodic acoustic failure signal of rolling bearing by the algorithm based on Relevance. An example of multi-sensor signal reconstruction was given to verify the validity of the method.
