    工业超声波检测系统中电磁干扰的分析及防护措施

    EMI Analysis and Protective Measures for Industrial UT Detection System

    • 摘要: 通常的工业现场环境中往往存在着大量的电磁干扰,抑制或消除其对超声检测系统信号的影响是系统在设计及安装调试阶段中极其重要的一项任务。基于对工业现场常见电磁干扰的分析,并结合多年的超声检测系统应用经验,总结了一些针对大型超声波检测系统常用的电磁干扰防护措施,这些措施的有效性在试验室测试及客户现场安装测试中已得到了充分的验证,对超声检测系统防干扰的设计及调试具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Normally there is a lot of electromagnetic interference on our industrial site where ultrasonic test machine is mounted. So it is an extremely important task for researchers whether in design or commissioning phase to suppress or eliminate it from useful ultrasonic echo signals. Here based on the analysis and classification to common electromagnetic interference, this article provides us some valid protective measures especially against largescale ultrasonic test machine with authors many years of related work experience. Meanwhile the effectiveness of these measures has been fully validated in the laboratory tests and customer site tests, which also brings important guiding significance for UT detection system design and practice in antiinterference performance.
