    某在役零件近表面裂纹的涡流检测

    Eddy Current Testing for Near-Surface Crack of Some In-use Part

    • 摘要: 使用低频涡流法,依据裂纹埋深、探头类型、检测频率、相位等参数,制作对比试样,检测和监控因应力集中而易产生裂纹的某在役零件。通过对各参数的反复试验,优选出最佳低频涡流检测工作频率,并在实际检测中验证了此方法的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the parameters of crack depth, probe type, inspection frequency and phase, the reference block is made and low frequency eddy current testing is used to inspect and monitor the in-use part which easily has cracks due to the stress concentration. Through repeatedly testing for various parameters, the best working frequency is selected. The actual inspection proves the feasibility of this method.
