    SY/T4109-2005标准在川气东输管道射线检测中的应用及改进建议

    SY/T4109—2005 Standard in Sichuan to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Ray Detection Application and Improvement Suggestions

    • 摘要: 通过SY/T 4109—2005《石油天然气钢质管道无损检测》标准与JB/T 4730—2005《承压设备无损检测》标准相比较,从透照方式、像质计的使用、识别系统、底片黑度、缺陷深度的测量方法、缺陷评定、综合评级等方面进行了论述,并邀请国内无损检测和焊接方面的专家对SY/T 4109—2005标准的执行认真研讨,结合川气东输管道工程的实际情况,对该标准进行了补充规定。通过SY/T 4109—2005标准及补充规定在川气东输管道对接焊缝射线检测中的实际应用,介绍了长输管道焊缝射线检测的一些实践经验和技术见解,突出了SY/T 4109—2005标准在长输管道射线检测应用中的实用性和可操作性,同时提出了该标准的改进建议。

       

      Abstract: This article is to compare the two standards, the SY/T 4109—2005 “petroleum and natural gas steel pipeline non-destructive testing” and JB/T 4730—2005 “nondestructive testing of pressure equipments”. The comparisons are made as from the trans-illumination, IQI use, recognition system, film density, defect depth measuring method, defect assessment and the comprehensive evaluation. Some domestic experts on non-destructive testing and welding are invited to study SY/T 4109—2005 standard implementation and to make supplementary provisions for the standard, in view of the actual situation of the Sichuan to east gas transmission pipeline project. Through the SY/T 4109—2005 standard and supplementary provisions in the Sichuan to east gas transmission pipeline butt welding seam ray detecting in the practical application, this paper introduces the pipeline welding seam ray detecting practical experience and technical insights, highlights the SY/T 4109—2005 standard in long distance pipeline ray detection application practicability and maneuverability, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the standards.
