    • 摘要: 文章阐述了磁偶极子理论在无损检测中的用途: ① 深化对缺陷漏磁场的认识。② 理解磁性无损检测的物理基础。③ 获得磁性无损检测的基本规律。④ 阐明有悖于传统磁性无损检测原理的实验现象。⑤ 求出经典实验结果的解析表达式。⑥ 指导标准试件的正确设计。⑦ 为磁性无损检测提供新概念、新理论。⑧ 为创建磁性无损检测的“当量沟槽标准系统”奠定理论基础。所有这一切都是为了真正实现磁性无损检测的定量化和自动化。

       

      Abstract: The research into magnetic dipole theory can be applied to: ① deepen the cognition for magnetic leakage field yielded by discontinuities; ② understand the physical basis of magnetic NDT. ③ obtain basic law of magnetic NDT. ④ clarify experimental phenomena, which are contrary to the traditional principle of magnetic NDT. ⑤ solve for analytic expressions of classical experimental results. ⑥ guide the correct design of standard testing specimen. ⑦ provide new conception and new theory for magnetic NDT. ⑧ lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of equivalent slot standard system in magnetic NDT. All of these are for the sake of real realization of quantification and automation in magnetic NDT technique.
