The Application of Transmission Sonic Wave Logging in Punched Cast-in-Situ Pile of Bridge

摘要: 为检测预应力混凝土连续桥梁的桩基成桩质量,评价桩身完整性,判定缺陷桩并对其进行有针对性的处理,某机场高架桥采用声波透射法对桩基逐根进行检测。通过实测超声波在桩身混凝土介质中产生的弹性纵波波速、波幅和频率等参数的相对变化,准确地检测了该工程桩基质量,辅以钻芯法准确判定出部分沉渣缺陷桩。根据声波曲线和钻芯取样对缺陷桩进行了缺陷原因的分析和缺陷的有效处理,保证了工程质量。检测实例表明,声波透射法在冲孔灌注桩的质量检测和桩身缺陷处理的施工指导方面作用明显。Abstract: For the purpose of examining the construction quality of foundation piles used in continuous prestressed concrete girder bridges, evaluating the piles integrity and determining and treating the defects, this paper introduces the test process and application of transmission sonic wave method, which is known as one of the non-destructive testing method, into a certain airport elevated bridge punched cast-in-situ piles examination. Through testing and contrasting the date of elastic vertical waves speed, amplitude and frequency, supplemented with core drilling method to inspect some sediment defects, and doing the defects reason analyzing and treating, the piles quality was checked accurately and assured efficiently. This engineering case showed that the transmission sonic wave method had an obvious guiding effect in the quality examination and defect treatment of punched cast-in-situ piles.
