Discussion of Nondestructive Testing of a Urea Reactor

摘要: 在一台厚壁多层包扎结构的尿素合成塔检测中,采用射线检测和超声波检测相结合的方法,检测出裂纹缺陷,从而消除了设备安全隐患。总结了在多层包扎尿素合成塔检验中,射线检测和超声波检测的优缺点。Abstract: In the inspection of a urea reactor in service, two inner cracks were found by using RT and UT methods and thus the safety of the equipments were ensured. The merits and shortcomings of RT and UT are summarized in the inspection of a multi-layer bandage urea reactor.
