超声相控阵声束控制特性分析

摘要: 超声相控阵技术通过对超声阵列换能器中各阵元进行相位控制, 获得灵活可控的合成波束, 从而实现对整个检测对象的扫描。它具有可进行动态聚焦、可成像检测、可检测复杂形状物体等一些优点, 近年来正成为国际无损检测领域的研究热点, 并已经在医学和工业领域得到应用。在研究超声相控阵技术原理的基础上, 建立了数字声束模型来分析线阵换能器参数对声束控制的影响, 并用计算机软件进行仿真分析声束的偏转聚焦。通过这种方法, 可以很清楚的了解超声相控阵声束控制特性。Abstract: Ultrasonic phased array technique can achieve flexible, controllable synthesized ultrasound beam by exciting each element of an ultrasonic array transducer with independent phased delay to detect the whole part of component. Phased array ultrasonic can accomplish dynamic focusing, obtain visual image, inspect component of complex geometry. Recently, the ultrasonic phased array technique has been highly recognized in NDT research domain and it has been used successfully in medical and industry application. In this thesis, a numerical simulation model is established to investigate the influences of parameters of linear phased array transducers on beam steering based on the principle of ultrasonic phased array which will be basic results for UPA. Using this approach, we can clearly know the features of controlling synthesized ultrasound beam of ultrasonic phased array.
