    脉冲式红外热波无损检测的热激励均匀性

    Investigation on Uniformity of the Heat Stimulating in the Infrared Nondestructive Testing

    • 摘要: 热激励技术是主动式脉冲红外热波无损检测的关键技术之一。热激励的均匀性不仅直接影响红外探伤热图的品质,而且关系到提取被测物体表面温度差的精度,进而影响到后期的缺陷定量识别。利用照明设计软件TracePro,对加热光源的空间特性、照度分布特性以及多灯阵列和遮罩设计进行了实体仿真分析。结果表明,多灯阵列有助于提高被照射面上的照度均匀性,同时采用遮罩也可以大幅聚光,在被照射面上形成均匀辐射。多次仿真均取得了较好的效果,为后期热激励的硬件设计奠定了基础,具有一定的应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The heat stimulating is one of the pivotal technology in the active infrared thermal wave non-destructive testing. The extent of uniformity not only affects the quality of thermal-image, and also the magnitude for the temperature-difference, and then affects the last quantitative distinction of defects as well. Therefore, the spatial characteristic, illuminance distribution characteristic of the heat stimulating, and the array of lamps were simulated and investigated by TracePro, The results of the experiments showed that the array of lamps was rebound to advance the illuminance-uniformity, and the veil was good for the uniformity. The paper finally gave some relevant optimized methods, settling the base for the upper hardware design.
