Abstract: The basic structure and quality requirements of prestressed cable and the existing nondestructive testing methods at home and abroad were introduced, the analysis of filling defects in prestressed cable and the determination of radiographic parameters were explained in detail in this paper. Combined with some project, the grouting quality of the prestressed cable was tested by X-ray.The detection and analysis showed that using X-ray to test the grouting quality of the prestressed cable was feasible and applicable.
