    压水堆承压容器厚大锻件超声检测标准的比较

    Ultrasonic Testing Standards Comparison of Heavy Forgings for PWR Pressure Vessel

    • 摘要: 分析比较了ASME,KTA,EJ/T 1039相关标准规范中有关压水堆一回路主要承压容器低合金钢厚大锻件制造阶段超声检测方法、时机、记录和验收条件等内容。通过比较相关国内外标准,分析各自的特点和差异,结合使用性能要求、制造能力、工程反馈、超声检测的特点以及存在的主要问题,为合理确定制造阶段的超声检测技术指明方向,对压水堆一回路主要承压容器厚大锻件制造过程中的超声检测有一定借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: The ultrasonic testing method, time, recordings and acceptance level of pressure vessel heavy low-alloy steel forgings in pressure water reactor (PWR) main loop are compared. Standards sameness and difference have been discussed with service performance, manufacture ability, engineering feedback, ultrasonic testing method and manufacture quality problems. It is helpful to draft ultrasonic testing specifications of pressure vessel heavy forgings in pressure water reactor main loop and improve ultrasonic testing operation in manufacture process.
