摘要: 采用便携式超声波探伤仪及特殊研制的表面波探头,辅以专用工装,实现了某飞机低压压气机叶片超声表面波原位检测;通过理论计算和试验验证,找出带有涂层表面的叶片超声表面波检测规律,总结了叶片超声表面波检测的影响因素。Abstract: In-situ ultrasonic surface wave detection used the low-pressure compressor blade of a engine was achieved by using portable ultrasonic flaw detector, special tool and surface wave probe which was especially made. Ultrasonic surface wave detecting rule of coated blade was found by theoretical calculation and experimental validation. Influencing factors of ultrasonic surface wave detecting technology used blade were summarized.
