霍尔效应法在非铁磁性小直径无缝管壁厚测量中的应用
Application of Hall Effect Method in Wall Thickness Measurement for Non-Ferromagnetic Small Diameter Seamless Tube

摘要: 针对航空发动机用某非铁磁性小直径无缝管( 3 mm×0.5 mm)的特点,分析当前无损测厚方法的可适用性,提出用霍尔效应法进行管材壁厚测量。试验证明其测量精度可以满足此类管材壁厚测量要求,有很好的应用前景。Abstract: In allusion to the characteristic of non-ferromagnetic small diameter seamless tubes( 3 mm×0.5 mm) used by aero engine, the applicability of current nondestructive thickness measurement was analyzed, and the hall effect was put forward by measuring the tube wall thickness. Experiment proved the precision of this measurement could fulfil the demand of the tube wall thickness measurement, and the foreground of application was very good.
