    输气管道对接焊缝的相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic testing of the butt weld in gas pipelines

    • 摘要: 分别从相控阵超声检测技术的设备选型、人员要求、工艺制定、模拟试件设计制作及与射线检测整体情况比对等几个方面,介绍了相控阵超声检测技术在输气长输管道对接焊缝检测中的应用情况。得出了相控阵超声检测技术对输气长输管道常见的焊接缺陷有较高的检出率,实际操作中能很好地与射线检测进行优势互补的结论。对相控阵超声检测技术的广泛应用具有一定指导作用。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology in the butt weld inspection of long-distance gas transmission pipeline from the aspects of equipment selection, personnel requirements, process formulation, design and manufacture of simulated test pieces and the equivalence with the overall situation of radiographic testing. It is concluded that phased array ultrasonic testing technology has a high detection rate for common welding defects of long-distance gas transmission pipeline, and it can complement the advantages of radiographic testing in practical application. It has a certain reference value for the wide application of phased array ultrasonic testing technology.
