    复合材料拉伸过程的声发射特性研究

    Research on Acoustic Emission Characteristics of The Composite Material during Tensile Test

    • 摘要: 为了研究16MnR/0Cr18Ni9Ti复合材料断裂过程的声发射特性, 可以利用声发射技术对16MnR/0Cr18Ni9Ti复合材料试件的拉伸过程进行全程监测。研究表明, 材料拉伸断裂过程中, 声发射信号丰富明显, 可测性良好, 并且不同破坏阶段的声发射信号具有不同的特征。通过对不同拉伸阶段声发射信号的参数分析, 可以了解材料不同变形阶段的声发射特性, 并据此来分析材料损伤的发生、发展及演变过程。与传统的力学试验方法相比, 声发射技术在研究复合材料断裂过程方面具有明显的优势。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the Acoustic Emission(AE) characteristics of 16MnR/0Cr18Ni9Ti composite material in the process of tensile failure, a whole tensile test of 16MnR/0Cr18Ni9Ti composite material can be monitored by AE technique. The test outcome indicates that the AE signal is abundant and has good measurability in the process. Besides, the AE signal at different tensile stages has different characteristics. Through parameters analysis of the AE signals acquired at each stage, the prominent AE characteristics of different tensile stages could be used to analyze the origination and propagation procedure of the material damage. Compared to traditional mechanical test, AE technique has obvious advantages in this aspect.
