超声爬波检测CO₂焊打底层裂纹的探讨

摘要: 探讨了超声爬波的声场特征。对不同型式、不同参数的爬波探头作了筛选，从中选定适用于检测CO2衬垫焊打底层纵向裂纹的爬波探头。较好地解决了此类焊缝中近表面危害性缺陷的检测问题。

Abstract: The characteristics of sound field of ultrasonic creeping wave were discussed. Following proper selection of creeping-wave probe with different type and parameter, the ones suitable for detecting root longitudinal crack of FCAW were obtained, which gave a better solution for the detection of defects lying in the closing surface of welding seam.
