Metal Magnetic Memory Diagnostic Applications in Petroleum Casing Detection

摘要: 对新旧石油套管进行磁记忆检测，利用磁场强度是否过零点和磁场强度变化率大小来判断石油套管应力集中情况，检测结果表明：磁记忆检测技术能够帮助检测人员及时预防因石油套管的应力集中而引起的宏观缺陷，从而减少油井事故的发生。

Abstract: The oil casing pipes of both new and old casing ones were tested, and the magnetic field strength crossing zero and its rate of change were used to determine the oil casing stress concentration. Test results showed that magnetic memory testing technology could help inspection personnel to prevent defects caused by oil casing stress concentration and thus reduce the occurrence of the accident.
