Computer-Aided Inspection Technique for Digital Radiographic Testing

摘要: 为促进数字化射线检测技术的应用,研究了计算机辅助评级软件的设计与实现方法。设计了合适的图像差减方法,实现了射线检测图像中缺陷的有效提取;经过阈值分割和图像标识处理,进行了缺陷的特征参数计算及缺陷类型识别。结合射线检测结果评级标准的实施步骤,依据前述处理的缺陷参数及类型进行了等级评定。经过上述工作,得到了射线检测图像分析及计算机辅助评级软件,可有效提取出缺陷目标图像并进行量化分析,可按照不同检测标准进行检测结果评级。研究结果对于实际数字化射线检测的应用有望起到积极的推动作用。Abstract: To hasten the application of digital radiographic method, computer-aided inspection technique was studied. The image subtracting method was designed appropriately, and then method to extract defects in images from digital radiographic testing was established. After image segmentation with certain threshold and label of individual objects in the image, the defect parameters were calculated, and then defect recognition was done. According to the procedures required by certain radiographic testing standard, the testing result was graded by the parameters and category of defects as calculated above. As a result of above process, software to analyze radiography images and to grade the testing result was developed. With the aid of software, the defects can be quantified; the testing result can be graded to certain level by different testing standards. The work is helpful to promote the application of digital radiographic method.
