Ultrasonic Testing of the 1000 MW IP Outer Cylinder and Defect Processing

摘要: 按照西门子技术要求, 对国产第一套1 000 MW中压外缸进行超声波探伤。介绍了铸件中常见的缺陷及其特征, 详述了具体的超声波探伤的方法, 步骤、缺陷位置的确定以及对缺陷的处理方式, 并形成实际的操作规范, 为今后的超声波探伤提供参考依据, 也可作为探伤人员的作业指导书。

Abstract: According to siemens’ technical specifications, the first homegrown 1 000 MW IP outer cylinder was inspected by UT. Different flaws or discontinues in the cast iron were characterized. The UT method and procedure were detailed to detect the flaws including defining the presence and location of the flaw and disposal of the flaw, finally formed an operation specification as a reference for coming UT testing.
