    磁记忆技术在风电塔筒检测中的应用

    Application of Magnetic Memory Technology in the Wind Tower Detection

    • 摘要: 利用金属磁记忆检测技术对风电塔筒制造中的焊缝、在役塔筒法兰连接处进行检测, 得到表面漏磁场法向分量的分布曲线, 发现应力集中区。结合X射线照相检测法判断焊缝应力集中区是否存在缺陷, 通过力矩扳手读数小于标准规定的力矩下限值判断塔筒法兰连接处应力集中区螺栓是否松动。结果表明, 采用金属磁记忆与X射线照相法结合检测塔筒制造中的焊缝、金属磁记忆与力矩扳手结合检测法兰连接处螺栓松动等是完全可行的。

       

      Abstract: The use of metal magnetic memory(MMM) technology for wind tower manufacturing weld, flanged connections at the working tower aims to find the stress concentration area according to the distribution characters of normal component of metal magnetic memory signals. The MMM techndogy is combined with the X-ray radiographic testing method to judge if the welding defects exist in stress concentration zone or not. Also, whether the reading on the torque wrench is less than the standard is used to judge the loosening state of the stress concentration zone bolts in the flange connection. Results show that it is feasible that the combination of MMM with X-ray testing is able to detect the manufacturing weld and its combination with torque wrench is able to detect the loosening bolts in the flange connection.
