Testing Study on Residual Stress of 16MnR Steel Butt Weld By Metal Magnetic Memory

  • 摘要: 基于金属磁记忆效应原理,研究16MnR钢板焊接接头附近垂直于焊板平面的漏磁场强度分布情况及其对应的残余应力分布情况。试验结果表明,铁磁性焊接接头近焊缝区不同形变引起的磁导率不连续变化产生漏磁场;磁记忆效应所产生的垂直于焊板平面方向上的漏磁场峰值与焊接残余应力造成的塑性变形区域和弹性变形区域分界具有直接对应关系。金属磁记忆法在焊缝残余应力测量中具有良好的应用前景。
    Abstract: Based on the theory of metal magnetic memory, the corresponding relations between the magnetic field perpendicular component near the weld and the residual stress were studied. Experimental results indicated that the distortion of plastic deforming reign and elastic deforming reign can be detected by magnetic memory detecting. And the method of metal magnetic memory has a good applied prospect in measuring residual stress of the weld.
