    Application of Nondestructive Testing in the Manufacture for Deep-water Well Control Equipments

    • 摘要: 在深水井控装备零部件制造过程中,根据零件的不同轮廓形状及使用条件,综合采用射线、超声波、磁粉、渗透、磁记忆、声发射等不同的无损检测技术对零件的整体缺陷进行检测。掌握了零部件无损检测综合应用方法、无损检测的正确时间节点、不同零件及零件状态最合适的无损检测方法,为深水井控装备的加工制造提供了安全的质量保障。

       

      Abstract: Throughout the process of deep-water well control equipments manufacture, according to different profile and working condition of parts, ray inspect, ultrasonic inspect, magnetic particle inspect, liquid penetrant inspect, metal magnetic memory inspect and acoustic emission inspect are used to inspect the defects of the parts. Synthetic application method of NDE,the correct time of NDE,configuration methods of NDE fitting for different parts and part configuration are mastered, providing safety quality guarantee for deep-water well control equipments manufacture.
