    光纤光栅在热力管道泄漏检测中的应用

    Leak Detection to Heating Power Pipeline with Optical Fiber Grating

    • 摘要: 采用光纤光栅温度传感技术实现热力管道泄漏在线检测。热力管道泄漏时, 泄漏出的热水引起热力管道周围土壤温度场温度升高。利用光纤光栅温度传感器的温度特性, 结合热力管道泄漏处的温度场变化规律, 进行了埋地热力管道泄漏的理论分析和光纤光栅泄漏检测系统的工程应用, 实现了热力管道关键点温度连续监测, 能够及时准确地发现泄漏, 为管道泄漏检测技术提供新方法。

       

      Abstract: Temperature sensing technique of optical fiber grating is used to realize online leak detection to heating power pipeline. When the pipeline is leaking, the temperature field around pipeline is increasing. By using temperature characteristic of optical fiber grating temperature sensor with the changing law of temperature field at leakage location, theoretical analysis on leakage of heating power pipeline is carried out and leak detection system of optical fiber grating is applied to the engineering. The system of optical fiber grating is realized the continual monitor of the temperature at key point, which can find leakage of pipeline truly and offer a new method to leak detection to pipeline.
