    核电站蒸汽发生器传热管缺陷涡流检测数据分析

    Eddy Current Data Analysis for Wears of Steam Generator Heat Transfer Tubes in Nuclear Power Station

    • 摘要: 蒸汽发生器运行期间由于机械和化学机理导致传热管降质,须使用涡流检测技术对其进行检测。防震条磨损是传热管与防震条结构发生摩擦导致传热管外壁减薄的一种机械机理的传热管降质,其主要部位是弯管段区域。利用西班牙某公司的TEDDY EVA分析软件,通过幅值-伤深判伤法准确可靠地检测到传热管的磨损伤,可有效跟踪监测传热管的运行状态。

       

      Abstract: Steam generator tubes will suffer degradation due to mechanical and chemical mechanism during the operation period, which must be tracked using eddy current testing technology. Anti-Vibration(AVB) wear is caused by the friction between the steam generator tubes and AVB structure, which belongs to mechanical mechanism tube degradation and shall lead to the thinning of the tube outer wall. This phenomenon often occurs in the bent pipe section area. This paper uses TEDDY EVA analysis software of Spain to accurately detect the AVB wear damage through the amplitude depth evaluation criterion, and thus to effectively follow-up and monitor the operation status of the pipe.
