地磁场方向对应力集中引起的磁场畸变的影响
The Influence of Geomagnetic Direction on the Magnetic Distortion Caused by Stress Concentration

摘要: 金属零件在地磁场环境下, 相对方向不断变化的地磁场对应力集中所引起的磁场畸变的影响至今缺乏一致的结论。通过模拟工件在地磁场环境中绕竖直方向旋转的试验, 研究了地磁场等弱场的方向变化与应力集中导致的畸变磁场幅度之间的关系。试验结果显示, 固定应力引起的磁场畸变与拉伸作用力方向上的磁场大小呈近似线性的正相关关系, 说明在地磁场环境下, 应力集中引起的畸变磁场的大小主要受与载荷方向平行的外磁场分量影响。Abstract: During the using of metal parts in the circumstance of the earths magnetic field, the influence of geomagnetic direction on the magnetic distortion caused by stress concentration is still disputed. The relationship between the direction's change of feeble magnetic field (such as the earths magnetic field) and the magnetic distortion on the surface of metal parts was investigated, by simulating a ferromagnetic part rotating around the vertical direction in the geomagnetic field. The result showed that the range of the magnetic distortion was almost linear with the intension of the magnetic field in the direction of pull, it proved that in the geomagnetic field the magnetic distortion with the same pull mostly decided by the magnetic field in the direction of the pull force.
