    铅组件模拟钚组件氧化腐蚀性试验

    Test Research of Lead Components Simulating Plutonium Components Oxide Corrosion

    • 摘要: 用铅材料代替钚材料对组件进行了超声无损检测,利用仿真软件对铅组件的腐蚀性进行仿真。对仿真结果分析得出,超声波脉冲反射法对铅部件进行腐蚀缺陷检测和氧化层密度变化检测是可行的。通过分析含铅多层金属和含钚多层金属声学特征的相似性,为进一步研究放射性钚材料的氧化腐蚀性提供理论支持平台。

       

      Abstract: The test used by lead material instead of plutonium material components was conducted by ultrasonic inspection. Software simulated lead oxide corrosion. Through the analysis of simulation results, ultrasonic pulse reflection method is feasible to detect corrosion defect and oxidation layer density change of lead components. By studying the similarity of lead and plutoniums acoustic characteristics, it is able to support theoretical platform of radioactive plutonium components.
