    钻杆接头超声检测方法研究

    Research on the Ultrasonic Inspection Method for Drill Tube

    • 摘要: 钻杆接头形状特殊,其厚度直径比大,形状复杂且品种多样,超声探伤难度大。研究了对钻杆接头轴向、周向和斜面部分进行全覆盖的超声波扫查方法,设计了专用的轴向、周向探头组。将各组探头安装在探头架上,对带有人工缺陷的钻杆接头进行了检测。结果表明,该特殊设计的扫查方式和探头能有效检出试件周向和轴向缺陷。

       

      Abstract: For the special shape of drill tube such as big thickness/diameter ratio, complex shape and types of model, it was very difficult to inspect it with ultrasonic testing. The ultrasound scanning ways covering the total axial, circumferential and sloped zone of drill tube were researched. The special combined probe arrays inspecting the axial and circumferential defects were designed and were installed on a special stand. Testing results showed that the scanning ways and probe arrays could test both the axial and circumferential defects in the drill tube both effectively.
