    某终端关键设备管线的光纤光栅应力监测技术

    The Technique of Monitoring Critical Equipment Pipelines in Certain Terminal Based on FBGs

    • 摘要: 传统的电阻式应变计、振弦式应变计在耐腐蚀、抗干扰和耐久性方面难以满足工程需求,提出了采用光纤光栅传感技术进行在役管线应力监测的新方案。分析了光纤光栅传感器的传感原理,构建了光纤光栅管线应力监测预警系统;并在某终端关键设备管线表面成功布设了96个应变传感器和10个温度传感器,详细阐述了施工过程中的传感器安装、光缆铺设及注意事项。工程应用证明了光纤光栅传感器用于管线应力监测及其实施方案的可行性,监测数据表明了监测系统的可靠性,为软土地基沉降引起的管线应力安全预防起到实时预警的作用,具有广泛的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Traditional electric resistance and vibration wire strain sensors are difficult to satisfy engineering demand for corrosive resistance, anti-interference and durability. One new project for monitoring stress of pipelines in service using fiber bragg grating(FBG) sensing technology was proposed. Based on the theory of fiber bragg grating sensors, the pipeline stress monitoring and prediction system by FBG was constructed. At the same time, 96 strain sensors and 10 temperature sensors had been successfully installed on the surfaces of critical equipment pipelines in certain terminal. The sensors installation, optical cable laying and the corresponding points for attention during the engineering construction were described in detail. The practical application validated the feasibility for monitoring pipeline stress by using FBG and the detailed implementation scheme. The monitoring data showed the reliability of the monitoring system and the real-time early warning of the pipeline stress safety caused by soft soil ground settlement. The monitoring system has an extensive application prospect.
