X-Ray Real-Time Imaging Technique for Titanium Alloy Welded Joint

  • 摘要: 通过测定相关质量控制参数,系统地探讨了X射线实时成像与计算机图像处理技术的特点。以钛合金气瓶为例,进行了大量的工艺试验和图像采集。试验结果表明,X射线实时成像所得图像质量的对比度和清晰度可与X射线照相法中的底片质量媲美,缺陷检出效果良好。由此优选出了一套最佳的工艺组合,并验证了系统最佳放大倍数的通用性。
    Abstract: The characteristics of related qulity controlling parameters used in real-time X-ray imaging technique and computer image processing technique were discussed. Agreat deal of process trials and images aquisition were proceeded which taking the titanium alloy cylinder as the example. Testing results showed that the contrast and sensitivity of the image getting by X-ray real-time imaging technique was as good as X radiography testing technique. Defect detection rate was satisfied also. The best testing process parameters were got through those trials and the universal property of the max amplifying ratio was proved also.
