温度对超声波探头灵敏度的影响
The Influence of Temperature on Piezoelectric Effect of Ultrasonic Probe

摘要: 在恒温工作台上将标准试块加热, 测试不同温度下, 高温探头发射/接收超声波能力的变化, 以研究温度对探头压电效应的影响。试验结果证明, 高温使探头的压电效应减弱, 探头发射和接收超声波的能力因此大幅降低甚至完全消失, 从而制约了高温超声波检测技术的应用。Abstract: By heating the reference block on a constant temperature worktable, and testing the changes of the probes capability of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave, this paper investigated that how the temperature influences probes piezoelectric effect of the probe. The experimental results showed that high temperature weakened the piezoelectric effect, made the probes capability of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic decreased even lost. So that the high temperature restricted the application of high temperature UT.
