    温度对超声波探头灵敏度的影响

    The Influence of Temperature on Piezoelectric Effect of Ultrasonic Probe

    • 摘要: 在恒温工作台上将标准试块加热, 测试不同温度下, 高温探头发射/接收超声波能力的变化, 以研究温度对探头压电效应的影响。试验结果证明, 高温使探头的压电效应减弱, 探头发射和接收超声波的能力因此大幅降低甚至完全消失, 从而制约了高温超声波检测技术的应用。

       

      Abstract: By heating the reference block on a constant temperature worktable, and testing the changes of the probes capability of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave, this paper investigated that how the temperature influences probes piezoelectric effect of the probe. The experimental results showed that high temperature weakened the piezoelectric effect, made the probes capability of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic decreased even lost. So that the high temperature restricted the application of high temperature UT.
