    结构损伤检测中OPCM换能器的特性

    Research on Characteristic of OPCM Transducer in Structural Damage Detection

    • 摘要: 针对工程结构损伤检测应力波叠前偏移成像技术中侧向反射波信号的干扰问题, 研制出正交异性压电复合材料(OPCM)换能器, 通过理论仿真分析阐明其特性, 并通过试验加以验证。理论仿真和试验结果共同表明: OPCM驱动器能够沿特定方向激发能量大、指向性尖锐的振动信号; OPCM传感器能够区分不同方向的应力波, 并对特定方向的应力波具有强烈的响应特性。为有效解决结构损伤检测中侧向反射波干扰问题, 进而提高信噪比, 提供了方法参考。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of the lateral reflected wave interference of stress wave pre-stack migration imaging technology in the field of structural damage detection, orthotropic piezoelectric composite materials(OPCM) transducer is developed. This paper explains its characteristics with theoretical analysis and simulation, and demonstrates it by means of test. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the OPCM actuator can excite vibration signal with high energy and good directive property in a certain direction; and the OPCM sensor, can distinguish stress waves from different directions, and has strong response to stress wave from special direction. This may provide references for improving signal to noise ratio used in the field of structural damage detection.
