Quantitative Evaluation of Disbonding in Steel/Rubber Adhesive Bonding Structures by Using Lamb Waves

摘要: 针对胶接结构中脱粘缺陷的定量检测问题, 探讨了一种基于Lamb波幅值的-3 dB法。对钢/橡胶结构中圆形脱粘缺陷进行了检测试验。结果表明, Lamb波信号在粘好区幅值较小, 在脱粘区幅值较大。采用-3 dB法可以较好地对试样中的脱粘缺陷进行定量和定位。Abstract: Aiming at the problem of quantitative evaluation of disbonding in adhesive bonding structures, the -3 dB method based on Lamb waves was discussed. The experiments were carried out on steel/rubber adhesive bonding structures with circular disbonding. The results showed that the amplitude of Lamb wave in disbonding area was higher than that in bond area, and the disbonding in the sample could be quantitatively estimated effectively by the -3 dB method.
